Juan Pablo Martínez

Juan Pablo Martínez has a diverse work experience in software engineering. Juan Pablo started their career in 2009 as a PHP Web Developer at PrEBi, where they developed and maintained software for an institutional repository. Juan Pablo then worked as a Full Stack Engineer at QwertySoft SRL, leading the development of a healthcare application. After that, Juan worked as a Java Software Engineer at FeCliBA, where they were responsible for overseeing the development of an administrative management application.

In 2018, Juan joined PaQuery as a Java Software Engineer, where they analyzed and developed APIs to improve order management. Juan Pablo also worked on maintaining existing applications and migrating legacy applications to Spring Boot. Later, at Santander Tecnología Argentina, Juan worked as a Sr. Software Engineer on the Wallet Team, focusing on integrating the MODO API with credit and debit cards from another bank.

Juan's next role was at SimTLiX (now intive), where they served as a Sr. Software Engineer on the AI Flow Team for the Avaya Account. Juan Pablo developed proof of concepts using Spring Boot to integrate the Cognigy engine with Avaya's services.

In 2021, Juan worked at Kubikware as a Sr. Backend Developer before joining Utility as a Sr. Engineer. At Utility, they developed Restful APIs for managing employee incidences, utilizing their expertise in Spring Webflux, Postgres/MSSQL, Java 16, and Microservices.

Throughout their career, Juan has demonstrated proficiency in various technologies and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, Java, and JavaScript. Juan Pablo has experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering scalable and efficient solutions.

Juan Pablo Martínez attended Colegio Boston in 2002, where they earned a degree in English. From 2004 to 2011, they studied at Facultad de Informática within Universidad Nacional de La Plata, obtaining a degree in Analista Programador Universitario. Juan Pablo then continued their education at the same university and earned a Licenciatura en Sistemas degree from the Facultad de Informática from 2004 to 2014.
