Scott Shaw

Scott Shaw has extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics, currently serving as Manager of Operations Excellence at Utz Brands, Inc. since January 2022, and previously held the role of Logistics Systems and Processes Manager at ALOE Group from September 2021 to January 2022. Prior experience at Campbell Soup Company spans multiple roles, including Network Optimization Planner, Supply Planner, Senior Transportation Analyst, and Transportation Analyst, from July 2016 to September 2021. Scott began their career as a Transportation Co-op at Campbell Soup Company in mid-2015 and gained leadership experience as a Resident Assistant at Penn State University from June 2014 to May 2016, overseeing approximately 70 undergraduate residents. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University (2012-2016) and graduated from Downingtown West High School in 2012.
