Gerlyn Tero

Gerlyn Tero has a diverse range of experience in the field of human resources. Gerlyn started their career as an HR Intern at Autoliv in 2014 before moving on to work as an HR Assistant and later as an HR Manager at IIZI Kindlustusmaakler AS. At IIZI Kindlustusmaakler AS, they were responsible for staff budgeting, personnel policy implementation, and consultation on personnel and labor law issues.

In 2019, Gerlyn worked as a Global HR Business Partner at Playtech, where they implemented the company's personnel strategy and provided professional consulting to managers and employees. Gerlyn then took on the role of HR Specialist at Alexela Group, handling various HR activities according to company regulations and labor laws.

In 2020, Gerlyn joined HR Factory Estonia as an HR Expert, providing consulting, administrative, and organizational support to clients and strengthening customer relationships.

Currently, Gerlyn serves as the Head of HR at Uus Maa Real Estate Company. Their responsibilities include HR budgeting and strategy, employee development, solving general HR issues, documentation and information management, organization of trainings and events, recruitment, and provision of HR services to Uus Maa franchises.

Gerlyn Tero completed their Master's degree in HR management at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, which they attended until the year 2015.
