Shirley Walters

Shirley Walters is a Professor Emerita at the University of the Western Cape, having served in various capacities since 1985, including as Professor of Adult and Continuing Education and Director of the Division for Lifelong Learning. The Division for Lifelong Learning is dedicated to advancing the university's lifelong learning mission through services aimed at adult learners, complemented by research, advocacy, and teaching.
