We are currently seeking a DRIVER RECRUITING MANAGER to join our Georgia Branch. We are looking for hard-working individuals with a transportation administration and driver recruiting, looking for a long-term career, ready to take the initiative and carry their own weight. Experience in driver recruiting and onboarding, and knowledge. Full-time position. MUST LIVE IN Lusaka. Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am -- 5 pm, 1-hour lunch break All employees are eligible for company benefit packages: Paid Time Off.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have recruiting and onboarding background
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Dependable, reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight and report effectively to corporate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all aspects of Driver Qualification, Onboarding, Orientation, Training, and Termination in the Lusaka, HQ.
• Manage all aspects of Driver Qualification Files in accordance with UyoRide requirements
• Driver Safety Training
• Current Driver support
• Office supplies management
• Perform other duties as assigned
