Stefano Ossola is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in senior leadership roles. At VF Corporation, Stefano holds the position of Vice President, HR Business Partner for Brands and Shared Functions in the EMEA region, previously serving as Vice President, HR Business Partner for Brands and Shared Functions & HR People Service Lead, as well as Senior Director of HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Change Management Lead. Prior to joining VF Corporation, Stefano worked at Avon, where responsibilities included serving as Executive Director Finance (CFO) for the Mediterranean Cluster and General Manager for Avon Italy, along with the role of Executive Director Finance (CFO) for Italy, Continental Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.
