Lily Hammond

Lily Hammond has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Business Development Representative at V7, a Public Health Intern at MRC Epidemiology Unit, and a Program Assistant at Pembroke College, Cambridge. In 2021, they were the Vice President and Treasurer of the Clare College Climbing Society, where they successfully negotiated with Clare College, Cambridge for ample funding for booking costs and shoe hire to promote accessibility to all students. Additionally, they were a Telephone Campaigner at Clare College, where they were responsible for representing their college whilst communicating retained information about various financial programs run by the College. Lily learnt the value of a friendly but firm approach to negotiating with alumni and understanding their concerns. Her team successfully raised over £135,000 in less than two weeks and had the highest recorded number of fulfilled pledges of any previous campaign.

Lily Hammond attended the University of Cambridge from 2019 to 2022 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical and Biological Anthropology.
