Michael Kenway

Michael Kenway has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael is currently working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at V7, where they are responsible for building out the Go To Market function. Prior to this, they co-founded SaaS Talent Collective, a networking group for SaaS enterprise Go-To-Market talent leaders.

Michael has also worked at Airtable as a Recruiting Lead EMEA, where they played a crucial role in building the company's first international office and EMEA HQ in London. Michael was part of a small team that hired more than 65 people across various functions.

Before joining Airtable, Michael worked at Google as an Executive Recruiter for Google Cloud EMEA. In this role, they hired top executives across Europe and acted as the point of contact for critical areas within the organization.

Michael also has experience at Box, where they worked as a Recruiting Manager EMEA, overseeing hiring across different departments and locations. Michael played a key role in implementing strategic initiatives related to quality of hire, employment brand, and diversity and inclusion.

Prior to their time at Box, Michael worked at Microsoft as an Executive Recruiter, responsible for hiring and succession planning for top-level positions in Europe. Michael successfully hired impactful executives during their tenure.

Michael's career began at Hydrogen Group, where they worked in various roles, culminating in their position as a Team Manager. Michael led the launch of the company's first Scandinavian office in Norway, demonstrating their leadership and market expertise.

Lastly, Michael worked as a Project Manager at Talent2, where they led an engineering graduate recruitment program for Telstra. Michael was recognized for their outstanding contribution to the recruitment of a technical graduate scheme.
