Gerda Holm Milwertz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gerda began their career in 2015 as an Ekspedient i bagerafdelingen (Assistant in the bakery department) at Kvickly. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Gymnastiktræner (Gymnastics coach) at GIF - Gymnastik Gladsaxe. In 2020, they worked as a Bartender at REKOM Group A/S. In 2019, they served as a Piccoline (Office assistant) at KANT arkitekter. In 2021, they worked as a Sekretær (Secretary) at DOMINIA AS. In 2022, they took on the role of a Business Development Consultant at VAEKST. Currenty, they are working as a Business Developer at Signifly - Digital Innovation Agency, starting in April 2023.

Gerda Holm Milwertz completed their Bachelor's degree in Ha psyk from Copenhagen Business School in the years 2022-2025.
