Antoni Yelamos is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Food & Beverage at Vail Resorts since October 2023, Antoni previously held leadership roles including Division Leader for Mercado Little Spain at ThinkFoodGroup and Vice President of Food and Beverage at East West Hospitality. Antoni's career also includes a significant tenure at streetsense as Senior Director Eat+Drink, focusing on multidisciplinary design and strategy for the hospitality sector. As a Founding Partner and Founder of FOOD CULTURE, Antoni provided strategic management across various projects. Prior experience includes roles at W Hotel South Beach and José Andrés Group, where Antoni led development and operations for multiple restaurant concepts. Antoni's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel & Restaurant Management.
