Ana Filipa Lopes has over 15 years of work experience. Ana Filipa began their career in 2004 as a Trainee at INA, I.P. Ana Filipa then moved on to a Trainee role at Câmara Municipal de Oeiras in 2006. In 2007, they took on the role of Administrative Assistant at Infosistema. From 2010 to 2016, they were the Human Resources Coordinator at Petrobras International Braspetro B.V., where they were responsible for Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection, On-Boarding, Training, Organizational Climate, Performance Management, Payroll, Leaves and Absences, Hygiene and Health at Work, and Administrative Procedures and Legal Obligations. Ana Filipa then took on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at NP Group in 2015 and Talent Sourcing Specialist at Unit4 in 2016. In 2019, they became the Global HR Manager and HR Manager at VAKT Global Ltd, where they leveraged blockchain technology to create a single source of truth for the trade lifecycle.
