Jacco Heins

Jacco Heins has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Jacco began their career as a Kitchen Assistant at Loetje Oost from September 2012 to January 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Graduate Intern at Accenture for six months. Following that, they joined First Consulting in October 2018 as a Consultant, where they helped leading companies improve their operational performance until September 2020. Jacco then transitioned to become an Associate Low-code Developer at First Technology from September 2020 to January 2021. Jacco continued to progress in the company by taking on the role of Senior Low-code Developer from January 2021 to January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Mendix Developer at Valcon, starting in 2023.

Jacco Heins began their education journey in 2005 at Keizer Karel College, where they pursued VWO N&T as their field of study. Jacco then went on to attend Technische Universiteit Delft from 2011 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Technology, Policy, and Management. During their time at Delft University of Technology, they obtained a Propedeuse Technische Bestuurskunde in November 2012 and a Bachelor Technische Bestuurskunde in October 2014.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Jacco enrolled in Lund University in 2013 and 2014, where they pursued a Minor in Water Resources Management. Jacco then returned to Delft University of Technology from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis, and Management.
