Niki Kunst

Niki Kunst has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They began their career in 2015 and 2016 at Tilburg University, where they worked as a team member for the Belcampagne campaign, contacting alumni and informing them about fundraising and recent developments on campus.

In 2016, they joined CZ as a Declaratieservice employee, providing consultative services to clients regarding health insurance matters. They gained experience in handling different situations that could impact clients. During the same year, Niki also became an Exchange Participant Manager at AIESEC Tilburg, guiding the application process for volunteers participating in international projects.

Moving on to 2018, Niki worked as a Graduation Intern at IT Finance Consulting, where they conducted research for their Master's thesis on the changing roles of the Chief Information Officer and the Chief Financial Officer in various businesses.

In 2019, Niki joined Roland Berger as a Junior Consultant, focusing on strategic consultancy. They worked on projects with private banks, technological consortiums, and the financial services industry, and assisted with commercial due diligence projects. Later, in 2020, they were promoted to the role of Consultant.

Currently, Niki is employed at Valcon, starting as a Senior Consultant in 2021 and later becoming a Manager. Within the Business Change capability, they specialize in helping organizations navigate transformations related to new business models, digital solutions, and regulatory compliance.

Niki Kunst's education history begins with their high school education at Porta Mosana College, where they obtained a Bilingual High School Education, VWO degree from 2007 to 2013. They then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration at Tilburg University from 2013 to 2017. During their undergraduate studies, Niki participated in an exchange program at Singapore Management University in the fall of 2015.

After completing their Bachelor's degree, Niki continued their education at Tilburg University, earning a Master's degree in Strategic Management from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Niki also attended a summer school program at Tilburg University in 2018, focusing on Spaans - A2 (Spanish language).
