Indje Mihaylov

Indje Mihaylov has an extensive background in hydrometallurgy process development, with experience spanning over two decades at Vale Base Metals and Vale. Currently serving as a Practice Leader at Vale Base Metals, Indje previously held titles such as Technical Director, Section Head, and Group Leader, focusing on process development and technical support. Prior to their time at Vale, Indje worked as a Research Chemist at J Roy Gordon Research Laboratory, specializing in nickel-cobalt hydrometallurgy. Indje Mihaylov holds a PhD in Metallurgical Engineering from McGill University.
