Lloyd Moore has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Lloyd is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Valence since April 2023. Prior to this, they held roles such as Strategic Advisor and VP Engineering at Blockdaemon, where they played a key role in the company's growth and scaling of the engineering team. Lloyd also served as the Senior Site Reliability Engineer at DWP Digital, where they improved product deployment reliability and implemented DevOps practices. Lloyd has experience as a Solutions Architect at Atom bank, Head of Software Delivery at Insure The Box Limited, and Interim CTO at CollectorIQ, where they successfully recovered projects and implemented technical strategies. Lloyd also has experience as a Senior Technical Architect at CCP Games, Lead Architect at LOOKBOOKS Media, and Technical Lead at Dreamstar Cash (Porntube), where they led development teams and guided decision making. Lloyd began their career as a Lead Engineer at Adsalsa, where they designed solutions architecture and streamlined data management.

Lloyd Moore attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School from 1981 to 1986. Later, they pursued a degree in Mathematics, Electronics, and Computer Science at the S.E.A.E (School of electrical and aeronautical engineering) from 1994 to 1996, earning an HNC.
