Moshe Arad has a solid work experience spanning various companies and roles. Moshe began their career as a Practical Hardware Engineer at The Elite Technology Unit, IDF Intelligence Corps from 1990 to 1995. Then, from 1996 to 1999, they worked as a Software Engineer at BreezeCOM, which merged into Alvarion.
In 1999, Moshe joined RADLAN (later acquired by Marvell) as a Team Leader, leading the development of embedded management infrastructure. During their time at RADLAN, they developed an embedded scripting language and an IDE for script development and debugging.
From 2004 to 2008, Moshe worked as a Team Leader at Marvell Israel Ltd. and was responsible for managing a team of four engineers.
From 2008 to 2012, they served as a Senior Staff Engineer at Marvell, where they developed and maintained the Routing Operating System (ROS) and added key features to it.
Moshe then moved to Marvell Israel Ltd. and held the position of Senior Staff Engineer from 2012 to 2014.
In 2015, Moshe joined ServiceNow as an SW Developer for the Automation Team. Moshe was involved in writing cross-product and integration tests, utilizing Java and Python. Moshe also executed comprehensive manual tests to validate machine learning algorithms within the ServiceNow platform.
Most recently, in 2018, Moshe joined Valens Semiconductor as a Software Engineer and their role continues till the present.
Moshe Arad attended Bar-Ilan University from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Prior to that, between 1989 and 1990, Mr. Arad studied Practical Engineering with a specialization in Electrical and Electronics at Ra'anana.
