Philippa Haw

Philippa Haw is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in student experience and success leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Student Experience at Valenture Institute since September 2021, Philippa leads the Student Experience division, which encompasses various teams dedicated to student well-being and engagement. Previously, Philippa held roles at Valenture Institute, including Director of Student Success and Head of Student Experience. Earlier career experience includes positions at 2U as Manager of Student Success, and at GetSmarter, where Philippa served as Student Success Team Lead, Success Manager, and Student Performance Course Coach. Philippa holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stellenbosch University.
