Sara Alam

Sara Alam is a Postdoctoral Researcher at MRC London Institute of Medical Sciences, currently studying cancer metabolism in the Drug Transport and Tumour Metabolism lab. Prior to this, Sara worked as a PHD Student at The Francis Crick Institute, where Sara studied the metabolism of fission yeast species. Sara has also worked as an English Editor at Valeon, a Tutor at The Brilliant Club, and held various research positions at UCL. Sara holds a PhD in Medicine from King's College London and an MSci in Cell Biology from UCL.
