Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from clients to ensure that software solutions meet user expectations and address business needs.
• Provide support and assistance to clients during software implementation, training, and post-implementation phases.
• Assist in maintaining documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and project documentation, to support implementation activities.
