Joe Rothbauer

Joe Rothbauer has over 25 years of work experience, starting with their role as President and COO of Totally Toys Inc, where they founded and managed multiple retail locations and operations. Joe then worked as a Store Manager at Shopko, where they achieved profitability for the first time in the store's history.

Joe then joined United Health Group as an Operations Manager, responsible for timely and accurate processing of Medicare Advantage applications and billing. Joe later became an Operations Director, overseeing call center activities and leading process improvements for the member experience.

After leaving United Health Group, Joe served in various roles at Target, including Supply Chain Safety Management and Supply Chain 6Sigma Black Belt, where they led process improvement efforts and data analysis for regional distribution operations.

Joe then joined LTCG as a Director of Process Optimization, leading operational transformations and implementing PowerBI for operational reporting. Joe later became a Vice President, responsible for operational optimization initiatives and establishing a data strategy for revenue generation.

Joe's most recent role was at Health IQ, where they served as a Vice President and Senior Vice President of Operations. Joe owned back-office, support, and customer service operations, led the business intelligence and data science teams, and played a significant role in the company's strategic plans and organization.

Joe is currently working at Valiant Residential as the Vice President of Corporate Operations.

Joe Rothbauer received a Graduate Certificate in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2006 to 2008. Joe also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and a minor in Military Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 1991 to 1996. Currently, Joe is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Data Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, which they started in 2018.
