If you think the 5 values sound familiar to you, we bet you will love working with us!    Your assignment  As a Solutions Engineer, you will be collaborating with our Sales and Delivery Team and you will be engaged in assisting the sales team in ensuring a successful sales cycle, and contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.   Things you'll be working on

• Gathering, refining, and qualifying customer needs
• Defining the best approach to answer these needs
• Estimate the effort and cost for the projects
• Contribute to marketing activities (i.e Webinars, workshops and other activities) 
• Participating in the continuous improvement of the pre-sales tools and processes (i.e demo instances, data samples etc.) Drive critical aspects of the sales cycle: gather and understand the customer needs, provide technical and functional guidance, present and advocate the appropriate solution
• Support the sales team on technical solutions and workload evaluation
• Work collaboratively with consultants and the sales team to create and deliver winning solutions
• Contribute to Marketing activities (webinars, generating content, and more) 
• Maintain and improve sales offer templates and documentation   What you need to be successful
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket is a plus 
• Demonstrated technical skills and knowledge
• Curious about technology and able to learn quickly new tools and frameworks 
• Some business experience/ business knowledge in one or more of the following ITSM and ITIL 
• Agile software development
• DevOps and CI/CD
• Great listener, communicator, presenter, you like customer-facing interactions
• Ability to to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual, French and English, is a plus
