Lindsey Zink

Lindsey Zink has had a varied work experience, beginning with a role as a Research Assistant at the UNC Center of Excellence for Eating Disorders in 2012. Lindsey then held a position as an Intern at DSR Le Restaurateur in 2013, as well as an Au Pair in Switzerland. In 2014, Lindsey was a Visiting Observer at the Duke Diet and Fitness Center, a Healthy Food Coordinator at StudentU, and a Regional Health Check Coordinator at AccessCare. In 2015, they were a Language and Culture Assistant at the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport. In 2018, Lindsey was a Corporate Initiatives Specialist and Executive Coordinator at Validic. Most recently, they were a Food Policy Program Intern at Global Health Advocacy Incubator in 2022.

Lindsey Zink attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sport Science and Psychology. Lindsey then returned to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2021 to 2023 to pursue a Master of Public Health in Nutrition.
