Matthew Orsino

Matthew Orsino has over 30 years of experience in business development and strategic planning in the Federal marketplace, with a focus on US Navy programs. Matthew has held executive positions in various companies such as Valkyrie Enterprises, T-Solutions, Inc., Precise Systems, Inc., ICI Services, The Columbia Group, McKean Defense Group, SAIC, L-3 Communications, Techmatics, and United Technologies. Throughout their career, Matthew has been responsible for managing the entire capture process, including target identification, strategic positioning, market analysis, and pre-proposal development. Matthew has also supervised teams, analyzed contracts, and developed executive reports and response plans.

Matthew Orsino earned a BA degree in International Relations from Emory & Henry College, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Matthew later pursued a Master of Science degree in Business from Marymount University between 1998 and 2000. Additionally, in February 2012, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
