EJ Lafleur

EJ Lafleur has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. They started their career in 2000 as a Production Assistant at Veritech Corporation. In 2002, they worked as a Marketing Director at MTI Systems, Inc. From 2003 to 2014, EJ worked at Comcast as a Telecommunications Technician, gradually moving up from CommTech 1 to CommTech 4. During this time, they gained skills in installation, repair, and troubleshooting of coaxial broadband services.

In 2014, EJ transitioned to Norseman Audio Video Systems, where they worked as an Audio Visual Field Technician. They performed installations, troubleshooting, and repairs for audio/visual equipment. They also surveyed sites and created solutions to meet client needs.

In 2015, EJ joined Pioneer Saab Volvo as an Automotive Service Advisor and later became an Automotive Service Manager. They directed the day-to-day operations of the service department, scheduled technicians, and improved customer satisfaction scores.

In 2016, EJ worked as a Service Writer at Diamond RV Centre, managing repairs and communicating with customers. They then joined NetLogix as a Technical Account Manager, responsible for managing client hardware and software environments and creating project scopes.

In 2018, EJ worked at Forance Integrated Systems as a Systems Integrator, installing and servicing AV, security, networking, and low voltage systems. They made terminations, ran cables, and responded to client concerns. The same year, EJ also joined Valley Communications Systems Inc. as a Telecommunications Installer, then worked as a Telecommunications Technician and Communications System Engineer. In these roles, they installed, repaired, and maintained telecommunications systems, managed projects, and provided project management support.

EJ Lafleur's education history begins with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications - Broadcast/Production from Westfield State University, which was completed in 1999. EJ then pursued a Certificate of Completion in Information Technology from Tech Foundry, which was obtained in 2016.

Furthermore, EJ has received certifications in HIPAA Business Associate H108 BA from HIPAA Secure Now! in November 2017 and WSAB Endpoint Sales Certification for Partners and WSAB Endpoint Technical Certification from Webroot in November 2017. Other certifications include Connectwise Automate Service Technician, Connectwise Manage Dispatcher, and Connectwise Manage Engineer/Technician from ConnectWise IT in January 2017 and November 2016 respectively. Finally, EJ obtained an OSHA 10 certification from the American Safety Council, Inc in January 2015.
