Andy Carritt

Andy serves as vice president of global product for the irrigation division, where he leads design and manufacturing, engineering, product management, global technical sales and Salesforce implementation. He is also the general manager of AgSense, a Valmont® company. Andy joined Valmont in 1996 as a graphics programmer intern. Two years later, he became a programmer analyst. In 2001, he joined the irrigation division as a senior programmer analyst. From there, he served as a systems analyst for several years before being named director of IT for irrigation, then product development. He was promoted to his current position in 2020. Andy earned his BS in mathematics and computer science with a minor in physics from Midland University.
