Gilbert Arvizu

Gilbert Arvizu has work experience in various roles and organizations. Gilbert is currently serving as the Community Development and Engagement Director at Valley of the Sun United Way since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Special Assistant to the President & CEO at Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. from 2018 to 2021. Gilbert also gained experience as an intern at the United States Senate in 2017 and as a Project Coordinator at UnitedHealthcare Community & State from 2015 to 2016.

Gilbert Arvizu holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Health from the University of Arizona. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Saint Mary's Catholic High School in Phoenix, AZ. Currently, Gilbert Arvizu is pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Care Management from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
