Stephen G. Kaniewski

Stephen G. Kaniewski is the current President & CEO at Valmont Industries. Prior to this, they were with the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and United Way of the Midlands. Stephen has also been Chairman of the Board at AIM for Brilliance, a not-for-profit community organization that promotes technology to empower people, enhance organizations, and create brilliant communities.

Kaniewski has been instrumental in AIM's success, helping to grow the organization from its humble beginnings to a respected player in the tech community. Stephen has also been a key figure in promoting workforce & economic development in Nebraska & the surrounding region, as well as being active in the IT professionals community.

Under Kaniewski's leadership, AIM has become recognized as a powerful force for good in the tech world, and they have been instrumental in helping to build better communities through technology.

Stephen G. Kaniewski started their educational career at Cardinal O'Hara High School. Stephen then attended Santa Clara University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology.
