Esther Rasche

Esther Rasche has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Esther is currently a Senior Engineering Manager at Valon, where they lead the Engineering team for Delinquency. Prior to this, Esther worked at Carta as a Senior Engineering Manager, where they launched Carta Total Compensation and also managed the Valuations R&D Team. Esther has also worked as a Software Engineer at Simply Hired, where they created the Accounts product, and at Iotera as a Software Engineer, where they created a full-stack software platform. Esther also has experience as a Co-founder at PriceSpice.com, where they created a community for sharing apparel sales, and at Fashion Latte Inc., where they co-founded a platform using computer vision and machine learning algorithms. Early in their career, they interned as a Summer Intern at Southwest Research Institute. Overall, Esther Rasche has demonstrated their abilities in engineering management, product development, software engineering, and entrepreneurship throughout their career.

Esther Rasche holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Esther also earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
