Kathleen Arlinsky

Kathleen Arlinsky has over 35 years of experience in human resources and leadership development. Kathleen is currently the Executive Vice President of Culture and Leadership Development at Valor Healthcare. Prior to this, they held the roles of Executive Vice President, Human Resources at CRAssociates, Inc., where they were responsible for managing the entire HR function and acting as Risk Manager. Kathleen also served as Vice President, Human Resources at CRAssociates, Inc. In addition, Kathleen was the Associate Vice President, Human Resources at PHP Healthcare Corporation, where they implemented progressive HR practices and provided leadership in a changing organization.

Kathleen Arlinsky obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Southern Connecticut State University from 1977 to 1981. Kathleen later pursued a Master of Science in Business with a specialization in Human Resources from National Louis University from 1988 to 1990. In 1999, Kathleen obtained a certification in SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and in 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM. Additionally, they received a certification in Certified Professional Life Coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) in the year 2016.
