Kate Costello

Kate Costello has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kate currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Valor Performance, Inc. In their previous role as an Account Manager at Unleashed Consulting Co., they helped guide and develop dog training businesses worldwide. Prior to that, they served as a Portfolio Manager at LAZ Parking, where they managed parking operations for the Bank of America portfolio. At JLL, Kate held roles as a Sr Analyst, Compliance, and Business Analyst, where they focused on issue management, insurance claims, and process improvement initiatives for the Bank of America account. Kate also worked as a Technical Sales Specialist at Proove Biosciences, Inc., responsible for sales growth in North and South Carolina. Kate has experience as a Customer Success Manager at TRUPOINT Partners, working with clients in customer relationship management and training. Kate has also served in roles such as Event Manager at Contemporary Services Corporation, Game Management/Marketing and Promotions at Clemson University - Athletic Department, Senior Counselor at Severn School, and Receptionist at St. Mary's Parish Annapolis.

Kate Costello obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, they also attended the University of Oxford for a brief period, focusing on International Law and Legal Studies, although they did not obtain a degree in this field. Prior to college, Kate received their High School Diploma from Severn School, which they attended from 2005 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Kate has obtained several certifications. In September 2013, they became a Trained Crowd Manager through the International Association of Venue Managers. Then, in June 2014, they obtained a TEAM Certified Trainer certification from the TEAM Coalition. Furthermore, in May 2014, they obtained a D.C. Security Guard License from the DCRA, and in June 2014, they received a Maryland Security Guard Certification from the Maryland State Police.
