What we are looking for in this role:

Valve is looking for a driven and passionate business development leader to sell Valve’s suite of sales & marketing technology solutions to flexible workspace operators across North America. Valve provides a range of SaaS solutions that enable flexible workspace operators to both automate workflow and maximize sales & marketing distribution to resellers. In this role, you will be supporting Valve’s early go-to-market efforts and building a client book from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and hit monthly targets of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding Valve products • Partner with business development fill their pipeline with qualified leads • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and partnerships team • Constantly research new prospects and maintain active target list • Maintain active engagement with new prospects and customers through creative marketing and outreach campaigns • Responsible for understanding Valve product offerings and competitive landscape • Build rapport with sales and marketing stakeholders across all flexible workspace operators

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in a sales role of any kind • Someone with drive, organization, and determination to rise the ranks of a sales organization • A proven track record in owning and exceeding targets (professional or personal) • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) • Ability to deliver engaging presentations • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Experience in technology or coworking/flex is a plus
