Jermaine also served as the Director of Customer Experience & Retention at XOOM Energy, where they successfully turned around an under-performing team. In addition, Jermaine has held various roles at Sears Holdings Corporation and Citi, where they were responsible for strategic planning, staffing, development, and financial performance. Throughout their career, Jermaine has consistently achieved impressive results, including significant improvements in service level fulfillment, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
