Lilian Pennartz

Lilian Pennartz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Lilian recently joined van den Berg FS GmbH in November 2022, where they hold the position of Head of People and Culture. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at the same company from April 2022 to October 2022.

Before joining van den Berg FS GmbH, Lilian worked at m3connect from 2016 to 2022. During their tenure there, they held various roles including Head of Service Operation, IT-Training Manager, Deputy Head of Service Operation & Support, and Network Specialist.

In 2016, Lilian also completed an internship in IT Security at umlaut company.

Lilian Pennartz holds a Master of Arts degree in Personal und Organisation from the University of Koblenz and Landau, completed between 2021 and 2024. Lilian also has a degree in Computer Science, specializing in System Integration, from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Personalreferent from IHK Aachen. Lilian has additional certifications in Certified Ethical Hacker and Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences, as well as certifications in Certified SCADA Security Engineer, Certified Specialist - Network Connectivity, and Certified Specialist - WLAN from various institutions.
