Michael Feigelson has extensive experience in leadership and program management within non-profit organizations. Currently, Michael serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Van Leer Foundation, having held various roles including Executive Director and Programme Director since August 2007. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at the International Rescue Committee, coordination for institutional strengthening at Melel Xojobal, and a business analyst position at McKinsey & Company. Michael's academic background includes a Master of Public Administration from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts Computer Science from Wesleyan University, along with additional studies in reconciliation and development.
