Mike Carragher

Mike Carragher has been with VHB since January 2010 and is currently their Chairman, CEO, and President. Prior to this, they held the position of Sr. Vice President and Southeast Regional Manager from January 2010 to December 2014. From January 2003 to December 2009, they were the SVP National Transportation Program and from January 2000 to December 2002 they were the MA Transportation Managing Director. Their time with VHB began in September 1998 as the Director Transit & Rail Program and they remained in this position until December 2002. Prior to VHB, Mike Carragher worked for SYSTRA Consulting, Inc. from September 1992 to August 1998 as the Boston Office Manager. Their career began at Ammann & Whitney in April 1986 as a Senior Project Manager where they worked until August 1992.

Mike Carragher attended the University of Delaware, where they obtained their bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Mike also attended Holy Ghost Prep.
