Mary Pawlikowski

Mary Pawlikowski has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Mary began their career at Carrier Clinic in 1996, where they held the position of Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. During their time there, they were responsible for managing and developing various levels of care, including inpatient, residential, outpatient, and ancillary services. Mary also played a key role in strategic planning and coordination throughout the organization.

In 2014, Pawlikowski moved on to become the Chief Operations Officer at Concord Behavioral Health. In this role, they primarily focused on providing addiction recovery residential services and expanding services through acquisitions and joint ventures.

Since 2015, Pawlikowski has been working at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Mary initially served as the President of Vanderbilt Behavioral Health and later took on the additional role of President of Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital. Their work at Vanderbilt has allowed their to continue making a positive impact in the field of mental health and healthcare administration.

Mary Pawlikowski has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Sociology from Fordham University. Mary also has a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY) and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology (MA, PsyD ABD) from Pace University-New York.
