Sara Staggs

Sara Staggs has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Carhop at Sonic Drive-In from an unknown start date until August 2008. Sara then worked as a Scheduling Coordinator at Centennial Medical Center from August 2007 to July 2012. Following that, they joined Lee Health as an Epic Credentialed Cadence Trainer from September 2012 to April 2017. Currently, Sara is at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where they worked as an Epic Credentialed Trainer from June 2017 to May 2021, and then transitioned to their current role as the Principal IT Trainer in May 2021.

Sara Staggs earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Union University, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications related to billing and revenue cycle management from Epic, including Professional Billing for Single Billing Office Certification, Dorothy Revenue Cycle Certification, Resolute Hospital Billing for Single Billing Office Certification, Training Environment Build (TED) Certification, Prelude Certification, and Grand Central Certification.
