Alec Lloyd has a diverse work experience in various roles. Alec started their career as a Student Ministry Intern at Woodridge Baptist Church from May 2012 to August 2014. After that, they worked at the same church as a High School Minister, responsible for managing budgets, logistics, and planning student activities from March 2015 to August 2018. From August 2018 to November 2022, Alec served as an Operations Associate at Woodridge Baptist Church, taking on additional responsibilities in managing budgets and overseeing trips. Alec also briefly served as the Director of Operations - Interim from October to November 2022.
In November 2022, Alec started a new role as an Executive Search Recruiter at Vanderbloemen. Alec is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating candidates using search-specific criteria. Alec maintains relationships with candidates through various communication channels and is now serving as a Senior Executive Search Recruiter since June 2023.
Alec Lloyd obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Alec attended the university from 2011 to 2015.
