The executive team at VanderHouwen & Associates has a long history of experience in recruiting and personnel management. They have worked for companies such as TRW/Northrop Grumman, Intel Corporation, and Robert Half. They have also been involved in flight operations for United Airlines and the U.S. Navy. In addition, they have also worked as staffing managers and technical recruiters for Meridian Technology Group and SolutionsIQ. All members of the executive team have a degree in economics from George Mason University, the University of Montana, or the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
