Aaron Allen has more than 20 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Aaron currently serves as the Vice President & Corporate Controller at Vanguard Truck Centers, overseeing comprehensive transportation solutions for locations in multiple states. Prior to this, Aaron held the role of Vice President Finance at Custom Ecology Inc., a waste management company with a private equity ownership. Aaron was responsible for all finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting and treasury management. Aaron also served as the Assistant Corporate Controller at Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions, where they played a key role in the company's growth through acquisition. Aaron has previous experience as a Financial Controller at AGC Glass North America, Inc., a Plant Finance Manager at KIK Custom Products, and in various roles at Zimmer, including Manager of Transactional Compliance & Accounts Payable, Manager of Corporate Reporting, and Associate Manager of Corporate Accounting. Aaron began their career as a Senior Accountant at The SYGMA Network and later worked as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they reviewed financial statements and supervised staff auditors. Throughout their career, Aaron has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Aaron Allen completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Accounting at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 1995 to 1999. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Ball State University - Miller College of Business, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management. Additionally, Aaron obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the Accountancy Board of Ohio in June 2000.
