Shauna Rucker Brown

Shauna Rucker Brown is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer strategy and digital channels. Currently serving as the Head of Self Directed Client Strategy at Vanguard, Shauna has previously held key leadership roles, including Chief Customer Experience Officer at American Challenger Development Corporation and SVP Head of Consumer Lending at AAA's Auto Club Group. Additional experience includes positions at USAA as Head of Bank Digital Channels and Head of Business Strategy & Planning, as well as serving as Strategy Business Leader and Senior Product Manager at PNC Bank. Educational achievements include an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
