Rachael Gleason

Rachael Gleason, MPH has a strong background in healthcare recruiting and education. Rachael began their career as an Epidemiology Research Assistant at UAMS - University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2014, where they worked until 2015. Rachael then became a Teaching Assistant at the same institution from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they joined the Houston Health Department as a Surveillance Investigator, working there until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Rachael worked as an Educator at DISD. Rachael then transitioned into healthcare recruiting, first joining CURE HEALTHCARE STAFFING as a Healthcare Recruiter from 2017 to 2019, followed by Working Solutions as a Placement Specialist from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, they worked at Cedar as a Recruiter from 2021 to 2022. Rachael is currently employed as a Sr. Recruiter at Vanna Health, beginning in 2022. Overall, they have accumulated experience in various roles within recruitment, education, and healthcare.

Rachael Gleason, MPH, pursued their education in the field of public health. Rachael obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from the University of Central Arkansas, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Later, they enrolled at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a specialization in Epidemiology, completing their studies from 2014 to 2016. Concurrently, they obtained their MPH certification from UAMS - University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in December 2016.
