Joanne Brown CMgr MCMI is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Operations Partnership Lead at Vanquis Bank since March 2003. Throughout their tenure at Vanquis Bank, Joanne has held various leadership roles, including Floor Manager for Specialist and Legal Services, Floor Manager for Collections, and Credit Operations Process Change Manager, among others.
