John Hutchinson

John Hutchinson has a strong background in data analytics and decision science, with a focus on the banking industry. John started their career at Barclays Bank as a Risk Analyst in UK Business Banking before progressing to the role of Risk Manager in UK Retail Banking. In 2004, they joined Equifax as the Head of Banking Analytics, where they worked until 2012. At Equifax, they gained extensive experience in the field of analytics and banking. Since 2012, John has been working at Vanquis Bank, initially as the Director of Decision Science and currently as the Data & Analytics Director. Their expertise lies in leveraging data to drive business strategies and improve decision-making processes.

John Hutchinson attended the University of Nottingham from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
