Elle Zhang

Elle Zhang currently serves as the Director of People Business Partners at Vanta, leading the team for the company's global go-to-market and international organizations across various functions including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Partnerships. Prior to this role, Elle was a Senior People Business Partner at Allbirds, contributing to the growth of the company from 20 to over 800 employees globally and through its IPO. Earlier experience includes roles at Brown University where responsibilities included research assistance in social cognitive science and human development, highlighting skills in data analysis and project management.
