Chief People & Culture Officer at Vantage Data Centers

As chief people and culture officer (CPCO) for Vantage Data Centers, Patricia Elias drives the company’s continuing global growth through strategic employee recruitment and talent development, specifically focusing on the alignment of human capital with the company’s greater business goals and scaling Vantage’s inclusive and transparent culture. In addition, Elias oversees leadership and organization development, succession planning, compensation, training and all other human resource functions and systems.

Elias brings more than 20 years of business and human resources experience to the Vantage team, six of which stem directly from her work with data center provider ViaWest (now Flexential). She joins Vantage from CSG Systems where she was executive vice president and chief people and places officer, leading all human resources operations to support more than 5,000 employees in over 20 countries. Prior to CSG Systems, Elias served as the chief legal and people officer at ServiceSource International (now owned by Concentrix).

Passionate about fostering an inclusive environment where every employee is empowered to bring their true selves to work, Elias regularly participates on DE&I industry panels and initiatives. She is an executive sponsor of Vantage’s Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) Council, continuing her efforts to drive inclusive leadership and opportunities for all employees. Elias favors a “whole-person” approach to people engagement, culture and development, focusing on creating a coaching culture to empower high-performing teams in an environment of transparency and trust.

Elias holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Duke University and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
