Sameena Hanif

Sameena Hanif is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in managing legal risks and strategies for significant investments in data centers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for Leasing at Vantage Data Centers since June 2022, Sameena oversees the entire investment life cycle, including site acquisition and asset stabilization for major hyperscalers, cloud providers, and AI companies. Previously, as Senior Counsel for Real Estate at GXO Logistics, Inc. from April 2018 to June 2022, Sameena led legal strategies for corporate real estate transactions, encompassing acquisitions, dispositions, and leasebacks within a pan-European logistics portfolio. Sameena holds a degree from the University of Nottingham.
