Gavin Flynn

Gavin Flynn has extensive work experience in human resources roles. Gavin is currently the Head of Talent Operations at Vantage Risk Companies. Prior to this, they worked at Danone as the Director of HR Technology, Analytics, & Payroll, where they led the integration activities for the design and establishment of an Employee Services and HR Administration center. Gavin also held the position of Director of HR Technology and Efficiency at Danone, where they managed all HR technology platforms and led the implementation of a unified Human Capital Management system. Before joining Danone, Gavin worked at The WhiteWave Foods Company as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing enterprise projects and process improvements. Gavin also worked at Nestlé USA as a Regional Human Resources Manager and held various roles within the organization, including TPM Education and Training Pillar Leader, Human Resources Generalist/Training Lead, and Human Resources Generalist. Gavin began their career as a Resident Assistant at Siena College and later served as a Student Intern at the United States Department of State.

Gavin Flynn holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Arkansas, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing and Management from Siena College, graduating from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) in June 2009.
