Adriana Altomonte-Cinotti

Adriana Altomonte-Cinotti currently serves as the VP, Head of People at VantAI, where responsibilities include leading and scaling the global HR and Talent functions to support strategic growth. Previously, Adriana held various roles at Meta, including Recruiting Manager and Senior Lead Recruiter, focusing on the recruitment of engineering leaders across North America.
