Alessio Tagliaferri

Alessio Tagliaferri is an experienced exploration advisor at Vår Energi since April 2022, previously serving as a sedimentologist at Eni from August 2020 to April 2022 and at eni Mozambico from June 2019 to July 2020. Prior roles include sedimentologist positions at Eni from December 2016 to June 2019 and a research fellow at the University of Parma between February 2011 and December 2016, focusing on three-dimensional modeling of reservoir analogs and stratigraphic analysis of turbidite deposits. Alessio holds a PhD focused on the relationship between siliciclastic turbidite facies and tectonically-controlled basin morphology, along with a Master's degree in Geology from the University of Parma, obtained in 2010.
